The past 60 years of Cleo B. McMahan's life is pictorially presented in the book, PAPA WAS A BUSH PILOT.  This true story took place in the Copper River Basin area of Alaska.

Enjoy this glimpse of early Alaska viewed from the seat of an Alaska Fire Control Speeder, from the cockpit of a bush plane and from behind the barrel of a hunting rifle. 

Cleo passed away on July 30, 2005 at Sally's home in Palmer.
